Why You Should Not Be Running

Couldn’t agree more with all the facts in this article.

“Strength extends the limits of your abilities in all the areas we commonly associate with a life well-lived. Your physical ability profoundly affects your confidence, your usefulness, and your willingness to participate in the process of life, and strength training as the basis of your fitness program accomplishes this far better than long slow distance.”

Little cyclist

Photo taken on April 13th while cycling and playing in the park-my youngest cyclist will turn 4 years on Apr 21st.
We both noticed this carpet of spring flowers and the combination of the colors is great 🙂

Once again-“10 reasons hopping on your bike is the best thing ever”

One of the comments i like the most, but others are 100% valid as well 🙂

“I take my two children to school and nursery every day on a tandem plus child seat. My children sing every day on their way to school. I get to arrive on time everywhere I go. I smile at people on the bike – no chance in a car. People smile at us. I am getting healthier and fitter. I am not contributing to London’s pollution when I travel. Other people see us and say “I might try that”. I am a less mean-spirited commuter.”
